Files by email, and nothing in the post

No payment page is connected to this site, so nothing on it can be bought at the moment and nothing is being delivered. What follows describes how delivery will work once orders open: it is written now so that it can be read before anything is at stake, not because a parcel of files is waiting somewhere.

An item will not be put on sale until its own files have been made and checked, so the timings below are counted from a payment for something that exists, never from a payment for something still to be drawn.

An order delivers, for every item in it: editable Canva template links, one for each piece; a print-ready PDF of each piece at its listed trimmed size, with crop marks and 3 mm bleed; a short guide to editing, exporting and sending a file to a printer; and a licence document setting out what the purchase allows.

What each item contains is listed on its own page, piece by piece and size by size, and those listings are part of what is sold rather than description around it. There are 12 items in the shop, in 3 kinds: invitation suite, seating plan, table stationery.

Nothing physical is supplied and nothing is posted.

At the checkout there are two questions about the fourteen-day right to cancel. Nothing is ticked for you, and both answers go together.

If you ask for immediate supply

The links go out as soon as the payment has cleared, normally within minutes and in any event on the same day, the files for that item being ready - which is a condition of its being on sale at all. This is the point at which the right to cancel ends for what has been sent, which is why the question is asked rather than assumed.

If you leave both boxes alone

The order still stands. The links are held until the fourteen-day cancellation period has ended and are sent on the day after it does, and your right to cancel runs in full for the whole of that period. Change your mind in the meantime and write: the consent can be taken then and the links sent at once.

Either way, a written confirmation of the order is sent to the same address, with the reference, what was bought, the amount, and which of the two answers you gave.

Everything goes by email to the address given at the checkout, which is the only address the shop has for you. The link stays live for 60 days from the order and can be used up to 5 times. Opening a link once inside Canva takes your own copy of the template, and after that the copy is yours and the link has done its work.

The limit of 5 openings is there so that a link forwarded by accident cannot be used indefinitely by whoever receives it. It is not a limit on how often you may use your own copy, which is unlimited for your own wedding.

• A free Canva account. The templates open in a web browser. Nothing is installed, and no design software is bought: the link makes your own copy of the template inside your Canva account and you edit it there.
• Any PDF reader, to check the print-ready PDF before it goes to a printer.
• A printer of your own choosing, paid separately.

Every photograph, drawing, shape and typeface used in these templates is on Canva’s free plan, so nothing in them asks you to upgrade. Canva also sells a paid plan and a per-element charge for its premium library; neither is needed for anything in this shop, and if you add a premium element of your own while editing, that charge is between you and Canva.

Printing is not included in any order here and no printed goods are supplied. What you buy is the file. You take the exported PDF to whichever printer you like, at home or on the high street, and pay them separately for the paper and the printing.

What to give a printer is the exported PDF: it carries 3 mm bleed and crop marks at a standard trimmed size, which is what most print shops ask for. The sizes are on each item's page. If a printer wants something different - a particular colour profile, a different bleed, a single-page file rather than a set - ask them before exporting, and the guide in the download explains how to change it.

Printing costs, paper, finishing and any delivery a printer charges are between you and them, and no part of them is included in the price here.

If the confirmation or the links have not arrived within a day, look in the spam or junk folder of the address on the order first: automated mail carrying links is the kind most often filed there.

If they are not there, write to order@boldwedding.art quoting the order reference, or the name on the order if the reference has gone astray, and the links are sent again at no charge. A first reply comes within two working days. The same applies if a link has expired before it was opened: say so and it is re-issued.

Prices are in pounds sterling and the figure shown is the whole amount asked. The total is shown before anything is confirmed, and nothing is added to it afterwards.

No payment can be made on this site at present, because no payment page is connected to it. When one is, the payment itself will be taken on the provider's own secure page. There is no card field anywhere on this site and there will not be one: card details go straight to the provider, and are never seen, received or stored by the shop.
