The terms this shop sells on

Bold Wedding is a trading name of Volodymyr Lysyi, a sole trader. There is no company, no company number and no registered office, because this is an individual trading in his own right.

Documents may be served, and letters sent, to Volodymyr Lysyi, 11A Brunswick Square, Gloucester GL1 1UG, England, United Kingdom. The address for anything to do with an order, a question or a cancellation is order@boldwedding.art, and written messages are answered within two working days. There is no telephone number: this shop is written to and answers in writing, so that what was agreed can be read back afterwards by both sides.

The shop sells 12 pieces of wedding stationery as editable templates. They are grouped into 4 collections, and each collection holds one of each kind of piece:

• Invitation suite. What goes in the envelope: the invitation itself and the cards that travel with it.
• Seating plan. How guests find their table on the day, and how they find their chair once they are at it.
• Table stationery. What stands on the tables and at the door once everybody is seated.

The collections are Olive Garden, Modern Type, Coastal Blue, Meadow Bloom. Prices run from £22 to £38, and each piece is sold separately: nothing has to be bought as a set.

What an order delivers is editable Canva template links and a print-ready PDF of every piece in the item, together with a short guide and a licence document. The exact contents, the pieces and the trimmed sizes are listed on each item's own page, and those listings are part of what is sold.

Printing is not included and no printed goods are supplied. Nothing is posted. You export the finished PDF and take it to a printer of your own choosing, whom you pay separately.

The templates are edited in Canva. The templates open in a web browser. Nothing is installed, and no design software is bought: the link makes your own copy of the template inside your Canva account and you edit it there.

Every photograph, drawing, shape and typeface used in these templates is on Canva’s free plan, so nothing in them asks you to upgrade. Canva also sells a paid plan and a per-element charge for its premium library; neither is needed for anything in this shop, and if you add a premium element of your own while editing, that charge is between you and Canva.

Canva is not part of this shop and its own terms apply between you and it. If it ever changes what its free plan allows, the shop will say so on the item pages rather than leave the promise standing.

No payment page is connected to this site. Nothing on it can be paid for, no order can be completed, and no contract can be made through it as things stand. The prices are real and the basket works, so a set can be planned and kept; that is as far as it goes.

The clauses that follow describe how buying will work once a payment page is connected and the templates being sold have been made. They are written now so that nothing is decided behind you later, and the edition in force on the day of an order is the one that governs it.

Pieces are chosen one at a time, and nothing is ever put in the basket for you. The pieces suggested beside an item are the rest of its collection; they are recommendations, and each has its own button.

At the checkout you will see the whole amount before anything is confirmed, answer the two cancellation questions, and give a name and the email address the templates should go to. An order is accepted when the shop sends a confirmation to that address; that is the point at which a contract between you and the shop exists, and until a confirmation has been sent there is no contract.

Payment will be taken on the payment provider's own secure page, never on this site. There is no card field anywhere here and there will not be one: card details go straight to the provider and are never seen, received or stored by the shop.

Every price on the site is in pounds sterling and is the whole amount asked for that item. Nothing is added after it: no delivery charge, because nothing is delivered by post; no card fee; no minimum order. The figure on the item page is the figure in the basket and the figure at the checkout.

A licence is bought once rather than by the year, and there is no subscription, renewal or recurring charge anywhere in this shop.

Everything is delivered by email to the address given on the order. The link stays live for 60 days from the order and can be used up to 5 times.

An item is not sold until its files exist and have been checked, and when the links are sent then depends on the answer given at the checkout: immediately if you ask for that and confirm what it costs you, and otherwise once the fourteen-day cancellation period has ended. The Digital delivery page sets out what arrives, when, and what to do if it does not.

Buying an item gives you a licence to use the templates in it for one wedding or event of your own. Within that, you may:

• change any wording, colour, size and position in the template;
• export the result as many times as you like;
• print as many copies as your own event needs, at any printer you choose.

What the licence does not allow:

• passing on, selling or publishing the template link or the files themselves;
• selling printed copies, or printing them as part of a service you sell;
• extracting the drawings, washes or flowers and using them as artwork on their own, in or outside Canva.

The drawings and layouts remain the property of Volodymyr Lysyi. A licence document setting this out is included with every item, and if you need a wider licence - for a business that prints stationery for other couples, for instance - write and ask rather than assume.

You type your own names, dates, times and venue into the template, so the accuracy of what is printed is yours. Read a proof before a print run: a misspelt surname on a hundred invitations is expensive, and no template can catch it for you.

Printers differ in what they will accept. The files are exported with bleed and crop marks at standard trimmed sizes, which is what most printers ask for, but if yours wants something particular, ask them before you export rather than after.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content supplied to a consumer must be of satisfactory quality, must match the description it was sold under, and must be fit for any particular purpose you made known before buying. If it is not, section 42 gives you the right to a repair or a replacement, and, where that is not possible or is not done, a reduction in price, which can be the whole price where the fault cannot be put right.

Those rights cannot be signed away and nothing on this page tries to. The Cancelling & refunds page sets out how they are used in practice, alongside the separate fourteen-day right to cancel.

Write to order@boldwedding.art, quoting the order reference and the code of the piece. A first reply comes within two working days, and if the answer needs longer than that, the reply says so and says when.

If a reply does not settle it, say so in writing and ask for it to be looked at again. Nothing on this page, and no time limit in it, cuts short the remedies the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What the shop is not answerable for is another firm's work. Printing is bought from a printer of your choosing and is no part of an order here, so paper, colour, trimming and delivery are between you and them. Nor is the shop answerable for Canva itself: it is a separate service with its own terms, and if it is unavailable the shop will re-send a link but cannot make it work.

These terms may be rewritten as the shop changes. The edition that governs an order is the one published on the day the order was placed, and a later edition does not reach back to it. The date of this edition is at the foot of the page.

These terms and any contract made under them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales may hear a dispute about them.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own law and may bring proceedings in your own courts. Nothing here takes that away.
