Coastal Blue Seating Plan
A chart with the wash along its foot, and name cards cut from the same board.
£29
One payment, in pounds sterling. Nothing is added to it afterwards, and the licence is bought once rather than by the year.
Orders are not open yet. No payment page is connected to this shop, so nothing here can be bought at the moment. The price is real and the basket keeps what you choose, so a set can be planned; a question about any of it is welcome at the address in the footer.
Delivered by email as editable Canva template links and a print-ready PDF. The link stays live for 60 days from the order and can be used up to 5 times.
What it is
The chart carries the wash along its foot at the same proportion as the invitation, so the pair read as one set at opposite ends of the day. Tables are set in columns above it, laid out for eight and grouped so a ninth is a copied column.
Long guest lists are the thing that breaks a chart. The template is built with the type size on its own control, so one change resizes every name at once and the columns reflow instead of overrunning the wash.
The name cards take a narrow band of the same blue along one short edge. Six to a sheet, supplied flat.
What you can change
- Every table name and every guest name
- The number of tables and the number of columns they are set in
- The heading at the top of the chart
- The height and depth of the wash, and the type size across the whole board
How you change it
Open the link in the order email. Canva makes a copy of the template in your own account and leaves the original alone, so you can start again at any point.
Type over the wording: names, dates, times, the address of the venue, the reply-by date, the table names and anything else that is yours.
Move or resize the text boxes if your wording runs long. The drawings and washes are on their own layer and stay where they are unless you move them.
Export with Canva’s Share menu, choosing PDF Print with crop marks and bleed. That is the file your printer wants.
Cancelling, and what happens to that right
A buyer has fourteen days to cancel a purchase without giving a reason. That period is cut short only where the buyer asks at the checkout for the links to be sent immediately and confirms that this ends the right for what is sent. Neither box is ever ticked for you, and leaving both alone is a perfectly good order: the links then wait until the fourteen days are up. Either way, the rights that apply if a template is faulty, not as described or not fit for a purpose the shop was told about are untouched.
Cancelling & refunds sets this out in full, and Digital delivery describes what arrives and when.
